  The Hon. Philip S. Lee, CM, OM
Mr. Lee was inducted into the Order of Canada in 1999. In 2002, he was the recipient of The Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal. He became a member and the Chancellor of the Order of Manitoba on August 4, 2009. On August 4, 2009, the Honourable Philip S. Lee, C.M., O.M. was installed as Manitoba's 24th Lieutenant Governor.

  The Hon. John Harvard, PC, OM
The Honourable John Harvard was installed as the 23rd Lieutenant Governor of Manitoba on June 30, 2004. Before his appointment as Lieutenant Governor, Mr. Harvard served as a Member of Parliament for 16-years (1988-2004) and as a broadcast journalist from 1957-1988, including 18 years with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
2004 - 2009
  The Hon. Peter Michael Liba, CM, OM
The 22nd Lieutenant Governor General, was appointed the Order of Canada in 1984. Director of St. Boniface General Hospital 1987 to 1999 and Chairman of Board 1992 until vice-regal appointment.

  The Hon. Willie Yvon Dumont, OM
Received Manitoba Metis Federation Award 1993 for dedicated service to Metis people of Canada and National Aboriginal Achievement Award 1996 for public service. Vice Prior and Knight of Justice of Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem.

Minister of Health and Public Welfare 1958-61; Minister of Health 1961-63; Minister of Education 1963-68; Minister of Health and Social Development 1968-69, during which time (April 1969) Medicare was introduced.
