Blazon: (Not possible to blazon) The design shows a white background with four down-curved blue lines in base. The main charge is a fouled admiralty-pattern anchor, partially overlying the upper blue line. Its shank and stock are red, the flukes are white and the fouled anchor-rode is gold. Partially overlying the upper part of the anchor is what appears to be an over-sized blue canton, fimbriated gold and charged with three small white rings, two over one, each having a small black slit in its dexter base.
Significance: Not known.
