Blazon: Barry wavy of sixteen Azure and Argent two stone axes sharp edges outwards in saltire proper.
Significance: The badge is that of HMCS Manitoulin, an anti-submarine trawler that served with the Royal Canadian Navy from 1942-45. The significance of the design is not known.
