Blazon: Vert, above three barrulets wavy Argent in base, a martlet Or.
Significance: The gold martlet was the crest of General Robert Monckton, after whom the city and corps are named. The green background refers to the forests about the original townsite, while the wavy bars refer to the city's location on the Petticodiac River.
