Blazon: Argent, afloat upon two barrulets wavy Azure in base, the stern of a late sixteenth century French merchant vessel proper, between four crosses crosslet fitchy Sable.
Significance: The St. Etienne was the vessel which brought the first four missionary priests to New France. The badge shows the stern of a typical vessel of the era between four crosses to represent the four Rocollet fathers.
