Blazon: Gules, a dragon passant Argent, charged on the shoulder with an annulet Sable.
Significance: The corps is named for the second Earl of Lonsdale. The white dragon is the crest in the arms of the earldom of Lonsdale, while the black circle or "annulet" on its shoulder alludes to the shield from the same arms, which shows six black annulets on a white field.
Notes: RCSCC Lonsdale, North Vancouver, British Columbia
Artist: LCdr Steve Cowan, Area Cadet Instructor Cadre Officer (Sea), Vancouver Island.
