Blazon: Gules, a bend wavy Argent charged with two like ribands Azure, over all four feathers erect and conjoined of the second, debruised at the nombril point by a fleur-de-lis Or.
Significance: The wavy band represents the straits of Mackinac in the country of the Hurons. The feathers allude to the great Huron chief Kondiaronk, with whom the French allied themselves. The fleur-de-lis is the symbol of the French regime.
Notes: CCMRC Kondiaronk, Loretteville, Quebec
Artist: LCdr Steve Cowan, Area Cadet Instructor Cadre Officer (Sea), Vancouver Island.
