Blazon: Argent, a fisherman's head, couped at the neck, wearing a sou'wester hat, all proper.
Significance: "Gaspesien" means "an inhabitant of the Gaspe". The fisherman's head is derived from a French-Canadian wood carving, typical of the Gaspe area.
