Blazon: Azure, a stag's head erased Or, attired Argent, charged on the shoulder with an anchor Gules.
Significance: The badge is based on that of HMCS FRASER, with the maple leaf in the original badge being replaced by an anchor on the stag's shoulder. The stag's head is the crest of the Fraser arms. The anchor suggests the naval connection.
Notes: RCSCC Fraser, New Westminster, British Columbia
Artist: LCdr Steve Cowan, Area Cadet Instructor Cadre Officer (Sea), Vancouver Island.
