Blazon: Vert, a castle wall with three towers Argent, in the central tower an open port with portcullis raised Or.
Significance: The corps is named for the royal house of Windsor, which in turn takes its name from Windsor Castle, the home of British monarchs since the eleventh century. The badge design is derived from the arms of the Royal Borough of New Windsor, issued in 1532. The green background represents the ancient forests of the Windsor area, which were originally set aside as a royal hunting preserve. The fortifications symbolize the actual castle of Windsor.
