Blazon: Azure, a wooden-stocked anchor erect Or, stock proper, cabled of the second, the shank bearing a pair of wings displayed Argent.
Significance: The design is a rebus on the name in its reference to a "wood stock". The wings are an allusion to the activity of the Sea Cadet corps, which has a great interest in naval flying and parachuting.
Notes: RCSCC Woodstock, Woodstock, Ontario
Artist: LCdr Steve Cowan, Area Cadet Instructor Cadre Officer (Sea), Vancouver Island.
