Blazon: Or, a bend wavy Azure charged with two like ribands Argent and over all issuant from a mural crown proper mortared Sable, a demi-lion rampant Gules, holding in its dexter paw a fleur-de-lis of the second.
Significance: The wavy band symbolizes the St. Charles river, while the lion, fleur-de-lis and mural crown are derived from the coat of arms of the town of Vanier.
