Blazon: Gules, afloat upon waves of the sea barry wavy of six Argent and Azure, an ancient galley with a fighting top and two fighting towers bearing flags, all Or.
Significance: The badge is that of HMS SCARBOROUGH and is derived from the arms of the English city. Scarborough was a naval base dating back to Roman times.
