Blazon: Argent, below five pine trees in chevron Vert, a lymphad under sail on waves of water proper, sail Or, flag Gules.
Significance: The ship upon waves of water symbolizes the "bay" of the name, "sheltered" by the pine trees. The ship also alludes to the discovery of the bay by Jacques Cartier, after whom the community is named.
