Blazon: Or, on a pile Azure the crown of a princess of Great Britain proper above a label of five points Argent, the two outer points charged with a cross Gules and the remainder each with a fleur-de-lis of the second.
Significance: Patricia Bay is named for the Princess Patricia, daughter of the Duke of Connaught, a Governor-General of Canada and himself a son of Queen Victoria. All children and grand-children of the sovereign are entitled to use the Royal Arms, but must place over the shield a "label" of three points (for children) or five points (for grandchildren), with devices on the points indicating the exact family relationship. In the badge the crown is that of a princess, while the label with the crosses and fleur-de-lis is that granted to Princess Patricia, and is unique to her name. The blue triangular figure is the common heraldic symbol for a bay, hence the badge says "Patricia Bay".
