Blazon: Or issuant from barry wavy Azure and Argent in base a representation of the monster Ogopogo hauriant Gules langed Azure.
Significance: The badge is that of HMCS Okanagan, an Oberon-class submarine that served in the Canadian navy from 1968-1998. The barry-wavy area symbolizes Lake Okanagan, while the dragon-like creature represents the famous monster Ogopogo who is said to inhabit the lake.
