Blazon: Argent, pile barry wavy of sixteen, Or and Azure, debruised by a bar couped Gules.
Significance: The badge is that of HMCS MINAS, a Bay Class Minesweeper. The striped triangular figure refers to the Minas Basin, a large bay in Nova Scotia. The red bar refers to the copper mined in the area, representing an ingot, and is also a canting reference to "Minus", a play on the name.
Notes: RCSCC Minas, Hantsport, Nova Scotia
Artist: LCdr Steve Cowan, Area Cadet Instructor Cadre Officer (Sea), Vancouver Island.
