Blazon: Azure three bendlets wavy Argent, over all a maple leaf in fall colours charged with a mural crown both proper.
Significance: The Corps is named for HMCS Fort William, a Bangor-class minesweeper that served with the Royal Canadian Navy during WW2 and was present on D-Day. The maple leaf represents Canada. The walled crown suggests the idea of the walled Fort William; the barry-wavy bend the Kaministiquia River on which it was located; and the blue background the waters of Lake Superior into which the river empties.
Notes: RCSCC Fort William, Thunder Bay, Ontario
Artist: LCdr Steve Cowan, Area Cadet Instructor Cadre Officer (Sea), Vancouver Island.
