Blazon: Vert, upon a chapeau Gules turned up ermine, a lion statant guardant Or, armed Argent, ducally crowned Gules and gorged with a collar compony showing four pieces Argent and Gules, charged with two roses of the last.
Significance: The corps is named for Charles Lennox, fourth Duke of Richmond, Governor General of Upper and Lower Canada in 1818 and 1819, from whom the town of New Richmond takes its name. The badge design is based on the crest of the Duchy of Richmond, and used with permission of the current Duke.
