Blazon: Azure, a bow fesswise Argent crossed by an arrow palewise, barb upwards, and in base a fleur-de-lis Or.
Significance: The name "Bellechasse" means "fine hunting", and was the name given by Champlain to the islands near the south shore of the St. Lawrence, because of the abundance of game. The bow and arrow symbolize the idea of the hunt, while the fleur-de-lis signifies the French origin of the settlers.

Artist: LCdr Steve Cowan, Area Cadet Instructor Cadre Officer (Sea), Vancouver Island.
