Blazon: Gules, a lion rampant Argent, langued Or, armed Azure holding in his front paws a cross patriarchal crosslet Or, in base a weaver's spindle fesswise of the last.
Significance: The lion and cross on a red background are the arms of Jean Baptiste le Gardeur, Sieur de Repentigny, after whom the corps is named. "Gardeur" is an old French word meaning "Guardian", and the lion is depicted as the guardian of the cross, representing the holy Catholic faith. The spindle in the lower, or "supporting", position represents the town of Repentigny which supports the corps. The wife of Amiral Le Gardeur, Madame de Repentigny, originated the weaving industry in the community.
