Blazon: Azure, the upper portion of a flagstaff erased in bend Argent, flying from its head a rear-admiral's flag, the staff surmounted by a seaman's cap of the Royal Navy, both Proper.
Significance: The corps is named after Rear-Admiral P.D. Budge. The seaman's cap symbolizes his origin as a seaman in the Royal Navy, while the rear-admiral's flag signifies his eventual rank.
